On Wednesday 25th September we celebrated Mercy Day and the beginning of a new school year.
We were led in this celebration by Bishop Denis Nulty, who celebrated Mass at 9.30 in Holy Family Church. Many of the Mercy sisters, who taught in our school, also joined us on the day. After Mass, Bishop Nulty addressed the pupils at an assembly in the school. The pupils sang our school anthem, ‘A Better Way’ and presented Bishop Nulty with a gift as a memento of his first visit to our school.
